VGA

In France WLR (Known as VGA) is relatively new with only about 1 Million lines being transferred. Vangent has developed a B2B solution, supported by a web portal which enables CP’s to raise VGA orders direct with France Telecom in a similar way to the UK.

As in the UK there is no VGA portal and so a CP wishing to offer VGA either resells, develops their own interface (at a very high cost) or utilises Vangent’s solution.

To date over 10% of all VGA orders have been processed through the Vangent’s system.
