The Pan-London Shared Services Framework for Out of Hours Call Handling is already slashing the operating costs of the early joiners and providing levels of service to tenants and residents otherwise unsustainable.
In association with National Housing Federation and Capital Ambition, Vangent is hosting this open day dedicated to London based housing associations and ALMOs to share experiences and openly discuss the challenges and opportunities that the framework was designed to address.
