The National Outsourcing Association (NOA)

The National Outsourcing Association (NOA) is the UK’s only outsourcing trade association. Advocating best practice, the NOA represents outsourcing end users, vendors and other companies which support outsourcing, such as legal firms, consultancies and HR. The NOA is involved in research, events, education and public affairs. The vast quantity information that the NOA has collected is referred to as BOOK (the Body Of Outsourcing Knowledge).

The Customer Contract Association (CCA)

The Customer Contract Association (CCA) was established in 1996 and is now recognised as the leading body representing the industry. As an independent, not for profit organisation it has over 600 members from both private and public sectors. Finally, CCA is established as a conduit for building new relationships with other professional bodies, government departments, overseas agencies and other agencies that have an interest in the successful development of contact centres.

Intellect

Intellect is the trade association for the UK technology industry. They provide a collective voice for its members and drives connections with government and business to create a commercial environment in which they can thrive. Intellect represents over 800 companies ranging from SMEs to multinationals. As the central hub for this networked community, Intellect is able to draw upon a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure that its members are best placed to tackle challenges now and in the future.
