UK IT Industry Awards - IT Project Team of the Year

In partnership with London Borough of Southwark, Vangent’s Radical Website Improvement programme is thrilled to have won the IT Project Team of the Year Award. This recognition symbolises our approach to client partnership, and showcases our achievement having implemented a live website by a third of the projected time.

Go Awards – Go Collaborative Initiative of the Year Award

London Councils Out-of-Hours Shared Services Framework, managed by Vangent, is delighted to have won an award that recognises the importance of collaborative purchasing. We are pleased that the Shared Services Framework has conceived cost savings of up to £275,000 annually for each of the participating London Councils and Housing Associations.

National Customer Services Award 2009

One Touch Gov has won the much coveted SOCAPiE (The Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals in Europe) Award for Innovation in Customer Service at the 2010 National Customer Service Awards. The award recognises new ideas and developments within customer service that enable organisations to meet the needs of their customers more effectively, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.

Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) Performance Awards 2009
– Excellence in IT

Vangent and Southwark’s One Touch Gov solution has won the IRRV’s Excellence in IT Award 2009. IRRV is the largest professional institution operating in the field of revenues, benefits and valuation recognising organisations that have taken leaps forward to transform the customer experience.

Adobe Max Public Sector Award -
In recognition for the London Borough of Southwark One Touch Gov solution

The Computing Award for the Public Sector Project was presented to Vangent for One Touch, commending its highly innovative use of IT to enhance the delivery of public sector services.

Vangent's One Touch Gov solution has also won the Adobe Max Public Sector Award 2008. The prize is awarded to the most innovative solution developed in Adobe technologies.

Chartered Institute of Housing Award - Delivering Customer Driven Services

Vangent have been awarded The Chartered Institute of Housing Award for Delivering Customer Driven Services. The award recognises the importance of delivering services that are tailored to meet the needs, expectations and aspirations of different customer groups.

The London Borough of Southwark and the leading customer service company Vangent have been awarded the prestigious London Connects Awards ‘Best Service Improvement Award’. The award recognises organisations that have made exceptional contributions and exceeded expectations in delivering services of superior quality to external or internal customers and partners.



          European Call Centre Award - Best Outsourcing Partnership


The London Borough of Southwark and the leading business transformation company Vangent have been named winners of the prestigious European Call Centre Awards ‘Best Outsourcing Partnership’. The award recognises the achievements that have been created within a joint working environment, and truly living and breathing each others brands and values.







Government Computing Innovation Award - Best Project Delivering Efficiency

The London Borough of Southwark and the leading customer service company Vangent have been awarded the prestigious Government Computing Innovation Award for ‘Best Project-Delivering Efficiency’. The award, is supported by the Cabinet Office, the Society of Information Technology Management and the British Computer Society.
